The Glasstech Asia 2010 series of conferences had always been well applauded by visitors in the past for its relevance and practical application to current glass business setting.  Being ran concurrently with the exhibition, visitors especially trade professionals including members of various glass associations in the region find time to attend for updates on industry practices as well as establish new relationships or strengthen ties with fellow participants.

For this year, Glasstech Asia introduces the Asia Pacific Glass Industry Forum, an avenue for the whole glass industry to come together in an open discussion regarding pressing issues that the industry is currently faces.  Important topics include the industry’s collective voices on how to address the present economic downturn; on-going new trends and practices from various countries, and; the potentials and prospect of solar technology in glass business.  Industry leaders and authorities are invited to spearhead the discussions
