About Jakarta International Expo

Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo) is located on a 44 hectare land, at the heart of the capital city of Indonesia. Due to its strategic location, it has become the number one choice of local and foreign exhibitors from various businesses to exhibit their products and services here.

JIExpo has 30 years experience in managing venues and more than 600 events are held here annually. It holds a variety of events in trade and consumer sectors, locally and internationally and across a diverse scale, ranging from meetings, conferences, conventions, exhibitions, to banquets, concerts, religious meetings and special events.

Among other facilities, JIExpo consists of a number of rooms and halls, namely Gedung Pusat Niaga, Hall A, B, C, D, E, Gambir Expo and Open Space. Each function halls hold different specs that will meet different requirements of various events.

Directions to JIExpo

For people who live in the Jabodetabek area as well as other cities in Java and outside Java, JIExpo is not a hard location to reach. JIExpo, works hand-in-hand with the local government of DKI Jakarta to provide public transportation - the TransJakarta busses. These free-of-charge busses leave from Monumen Nasional (Monas) to one of the bus stops in Jakarta Fair’s gate. They pass bus stops where visitors for Jakarta fair are already waiting. Aside from that, there are other public transportations directed to pass the Jakarta Fair arena. Visitors using private vehicles can reach the venue via the toll road and exit in Ancol.

Visitors coming from other cities by planes arriving at the Soekarno Hatta International airport can take a taxi. They can also take the DAMRI bus, straight from the airport to Gambir in Central Jakarta. Gambir is the largest train station in the city. During non-peak hours, traveling to the Jakarta Fair from the airport by taxi takes around 1.5 hours. While with DAMRI bus it takes around 2 hours to reach Gambir station and another 30 minutes to reach the venue.
